We guarantee all the goods offered for sale at TopCityStyle.com store to be genuine and authentic. They are brand new, unworn and not damaged in any way. The pricing for the goods is presented in US dollars.

The descriptions of every item on TopCityStyle.com are accurate and careful. They are complemented with items photos. Please, note that some inconsiderable inaccuracies may occur in clothing colors because of PC monitors peculiarities and photography lightning.

Since every order is a subject of acceptance and availability policy, TopCityStyle.com reserves the right to decline any order. When you make the order an email confirming we have received it will be sent to you. The confirmation sent to the email after placing an order does not automatically mean that the order was accepted and fulfilled.

When the items you purchased was dispatched you will receive another automatic confirmation with the dispatch details and DHL tracking number.

Return Policy

Our apparel and accessory items are guaranteed to be qualitative. We care about our clients satisfaction for that reason you can return an item if you don’t like it.
If you wish to make an exchange or return the purchased item, let us know and we will guide you through the return process. We will take care that you receive a refund or item exchange on a different size, color or another style.

Please note that a refund will be issued immediately after we check the item. It may take up to 10 days until the credit appears on the statement of your credit card depending on the type of the credit card used and your bank.

In case you decided to make an exchange or return, you should make it in 30days term. The item should be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. If the claimed conditions are observed you will receive a full refund. All the sipping costs for the returns and exchanges are covered by the customer’s side.
All the items we offer for sale are checked by our stuff. Thus we can guarantee their supreme quality. Anyway, if you have received a damaged or defected item, you will receive a full free replacement. Send us back the damaged item and we will send you the replacement immediately upon the item receive.

All the exchange orders are usually proceeded in a 2-3 week term.
